MINDFULNESS PRACTICES
This is a research area that is inclusive of different practices, including meditation, colouring and knitting. Enquiries relate to the efficiency of practices, and the development of alternative practices, to enhance physical and mental health and performance.
MINDFULNESS MEDITATIONÂ INSTRUCTIONS
This video provides novice meditators with instructions as to how mindfulness meditation works. Again, this video has been used for research purposes and has been effective in enabling peoples' understanding as to how the practice works.
MINDFUL COLOURING INSTRUCTIONS
Here you will find a generic video that is giving instructions as to how to colour, and has been found to be effective in reducing burnout and improve wellbeing.
