MINDFUL AND ATTENTIVE EATING

Here we explore the improvement of eating behaviours, such as emotional eating, and test different interventions and practices to aid people in focusing on being fully present during eating experiences.
MINDFUL EATING
This is a short video describing the attentive elements of mindful eating. It is not getting in-depth into the practice, but offers a starting point for people who want to start eating more attentively and rediscover the joy of eating.
